ACS (Aion Cargo Solutions Ltd) successfully merged with Breeze, a growing company in Australia, on April 1, 2024. This strategic move aims to explore new opportunities in the Australian market and sustain ACS’s growth trajectory. Companies that leverage M&A for overseas expansion typically experience faster growth compared to those that do not. Given the challenges of attracting new customers and providing services in Australia, this merger with Breeze is anticipated to significantly boost ACS’s growth and market presence in the region.

COSCO Xin Zhang Zhou Container Ship departed from Tauranga port to China Shanghai for the fifth China International Import Expo (CIIE).

This is the fifth time that ACS has successfully supported leading NZ & PACIFIC exporters to ship their premium products such as dairy product, honey, meat, wine to China for CIIE.

Import, export sea freight, brokerage & warehouse team have taken great effort in the last couple of weeks to ensure all shipments are properly arranged for this special event. ACS has played a key role in supporting NZ & PACIFIC companies to develop trading in Asia Pacific Region!

ACS held the FY22 Annual dinner at The Wine Cave.

ACS has successfully completed a special air freight project for a client in Q1 FY with a total of 1550 tons of cargo successfully delivered to China without any delay.

ACS was elected as one of the NZ Fast 50 Index.

ACS has grown 109% over the last 3 years despite the pandemic challenges.
