Report to Sales Director, Based in Auckland, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with client inquiries, providing detailed information on services and pricing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of pricing and service updates to clients and the relevant teams.
  • Support the sales process by preparing proposals, and other sales materials. e.g. account, credit forms
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s services and offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team, operations, and finance departments to ensure cohesive and effective pricing strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly tariff rate sheets
  • Filing rates in CARGOWISE
  • Collect rates/routing feedback from clients
  • Prepare quotes agents
  • Support sales on project & tender activities

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Previous experience in shipping, freight forwarding, and/or logistics industry
  • Experience in a Sales Support or similar, preferably in a sales support role within a related industry
  • Have a strong passion for all things customer
  • Highly organised, self-motivated with ability to plan and co-ordinate workflows and performance effectively and without supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Report to Finance Manager, Based in Auckland, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

– Record and monitor foreign currency exchange rates database on the accounting system
– Validate AP invoices and book on the accounting system
– Follow procedures to verify expenses/capital expenditures transactions and liaise with colleagues and suppliers to rectify errors and report it to the management if necessary
– Set a schedule for monthly payment run and arrange daily/weekly payments on time by due dates
– Bank reconciliation
– Maintain fixed assets register
– Monitor and analyze financial data for other overseas branches

Essential Skills & Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices with 2+ years of accounting experience
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Bilingual could be an advantage (English/Korean/Chinese)
